2024 KBS Song Festival Unveils MCs And Star-Studded Lineup
The 2024 KBS Song Festival has announced its MCs and lineup of performers!
This year, the annual KBS Tune Festival will take place across South Korea and Japan over two separate nights.
The festivities will hit off with the 2024 Music Bank Global Festival in Japan on December 14 and 15 at the Mizuho PayPay Dome in Fukuoka, while the South Korean leg, titled the 2024 KBS Song Festival Global Festival, will be held on December 20 at KINTEX in Ilsan.
Under the theme “Infinity,” the festival celebrates the limitless connections forged through tune by K-pop musicians navigating across alternative times and spaces.
Hosted by Zico, IVE’s Jang Won Immature, and actor Kim Young Dae, the 2024 KBS Tune Festival Global Festival will feature performances from a stellar lineup of artists, including NCT 127, NCT DREAM, ENHYPEN, aespa, (G)I-DLE, IVE, BOYNEXTDOOR, Lee Chan Won, Jang Min Ho, Young Tak, Lee Young Ji, P1Harmony, ONEUS, Kep1er, CRAVITY, KISS OF LIFE, tripleS, and UNIS. K-pop artists from across generations will gather for year-end celebrations at the Harmony Bank Global Festival in Japan and the KBS Song Festival in Korea.
K-wave year-end celebrations are already in full swing as the late November award season kicked off electrifying commemoration of talents across the K-pop and K-drama industries. December will be kicking it up a notch by not only expanding the roster of awards shows, but by also setting aside the competitive drive for nights of revelry and pure excitement.
The upcoming KBS Ballad Festival, aka KBS Gayo Daechukje, which adopted the Music Bank Global Festival banner last year, is ready to take South Korea and Japan by storm. With this year's “infinity” concept, the K-pop festival will unite musicians “travelling through different times and spaces” with the power of music.
